Fabulous as always! It was our 2nd stay and we will be back! The rooms and gardens are so amazing! Hotel staff is always smiling. Breakfast was great!

High Tea Party

Amazing venue with friendly and helpful staff! We had a party fit for a Princess. The attention to detail and food was next level! I recommend the Hawthorne for any special occasion.

Exceptional

Needed one night’s accommodation (a last-minute booking) and was I fortunate that Fancourt recommended this boutique hotel! Everything is excellent….the beautiful rooms, exceptional food and service. What a treasure. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The resident peacocks were stunning to look at, though not always pleasing to listen to especially when trying to sleep .

Exceeding all Expectations

Warm greeting on arrival with welcome drinks, we arrived early and they were happy to look after our bags, I was delighted that these where already in our room when we arrived back from our exploration. It was so good to have nice cold water in the room and the beautiful amenities were welcoming along with the chocolate cookies :) The room was small but cosy, with additional seating outside to watch the peacocks
